2023/12/22の名栗小学校の終業式に合わせ、なぐりっ子クラブではクリスマス会＆大掃除イベントを開催しました。
今回は、当日のイベントの様子をお話していきます。

To coincide with the closing ceremony of Naguri Elementary School on December 22, 2023, we held a Christmas party and cleaning event at the Naguriko Club.
This time, I will talk about the state of the event on the day.
サンタクロースを探そう！-Let's find Santa Claus!-
11:30下校してきた子どもたちを最初に迎えてくれたのが、室内のあちこちに隠れたミニサンタクロース。
さあ、宝探しの始まりです。制限時間は５分間。
折り紙で作られたサンタクロースは色によって点数が決まっており、子どもたちは高得点のサンタクロースを、少しでも多くのサンタクロースを求めて、部屋中を一生懸命に探していました。
The first thing that greeted the children after school at 11:30 was a mini Santa Claus hidden in various parts of the room.
Now it's time for the treasure hunt to begin! The time limit is 5 minutes.
Santa Claus made of origami was scored according to the color, and the children were searching hard all over the room for a Santa Claus with a high score, looking for as many Santa Claus as possible.
スタッフ側が「ここは見つかりづらいかな？」と思いながら隠した場所も次々に見つけていく子どもたち。
本の隙間、棚の陰、瓶の中…たくさんのミニサンタクロースを見つけることができました。
The children find the places that the staff hid one after another, wondering if it would be difficult to find them.
In the crevices of books, in the shade of shelves, in jars ... We were able to find a lot of mini Santa Claus.
でも…もしかしたらまだ見つかってないサンタさんもいるかもしれません。
後々、何かの拍子に見つかるのもそれはそれで楽しいでしょう。
But... Maybe there's a Santa who hasn't been found yet.
It would be fun to find it later on in some kind of beat.
１年間ありがとう！大掃除タイム！-Year end cleaning!-
お弁当を食べ終わった後は大掃除。
6年生を筆頭に4班に分け､室内・自転車倉庫・第一倉庫・おままごと倉庫のお掃除を開始しました。
おもちゃや道具を１つ１つ取り出し、ほうきや雑巾で棚も綺麗にしていきます。
After we finished eating our lunch, we did a general cleaning.
Led by the 6th graders, the students were divided into four groups and began cleaning the room, bicycle warehouse, first warehouse, and children's warehouse.
Take out the toys and tools one by one, and clean the shelves with brooms and rags.
洗っても汚れが落ちないもの、壊れて使えなくなってしまったおもちゃは「今までありがとう」の気持ちを胸に、廃棄しました。
自分の担当箇所が終わったら他の班を手伝う、自分から仕事を探す等、積極的に動いてくれる子も多く、室内も外の倉庫もピカピカになりました。
Toys that could not be cleaned even after washing, and toys that were broken and could no longer be used, were discarded with the feeling of "Thank you so much" in my heart.
The children actively worked to help other groups when they were done with their part and to look for work on their own, and the indoor and outdoor warehouses became shiny.
いよいよクリスマス会！まずは ”頭おしりゲーム”-Christmas Party! First of all, the "head butt game"-
頑張ってお掃除した後は、お待ちかねのクリスマス会の始まり！
最初のプログラムは… 「頭おしりゲーム」です。
指定された２文字の間に文字を入れて単語を作り、できた単語の長さで勝敗を競うゲームです。
例えば…頭の文字が 「く」で最後の文字が「き」だとすると…
「クリスマスケーキ」「クスノキ」「草木」等の単語がでてきます。
この場合、「クリスマスケーキ」が１位となり、「く」と「き」の間の文字数が６文字となるので、６ポイント獲得です。
今回は先ほどの大掃除で組んだ４つの班対抗としました。
子どもたちは他のメンバーと相談しあい、少しでも長い単語を見つけるべく、知恵を絞っていました。
After doing your best to clean up, the long-awaited Christmas party begins!
The first program is ... It's a "head-butt game".
It is a game in which you create a word by putting a letter between two designated letters, and compete to win or lose based on the length of the word you can make.
For instance... If the first letter is "C" and the last letter is "E"...
Words such as "Christmas cake," "Camphor tree," and "Camp fire" come up.
In this case, "Christmas Cake" will be in first place, and the number of characters between "C" and "E" will be 11, so you will get 11 points.
This time, we decided to compete against the four groups that we formed in the previous general cleaning.
The children consulted with the other members and tried to find the longest words possible.
おやつタイム！クリスマスケーキだ～ -Christmas cake-
ゲームで盛り上がった後はおやつタイム。
今日のおやつはクリスマスケーキ。
ケーキの台はスタッフが焼いて作っておきましたが、飾りつけは子どもたちにしてもらいました。
１人１つずつ手渡された台に、思い思いのトッピング。材料はクリーム、いちご、みかん、ポッキーです。
After the excitement of the game, it's snack time.
Today's sweets is Christmas cake.
The staff baked and prepared the cake stand, and the children decorated it.
Each person was handed a table with their own toppings. The ingredients are cream, strawberries, tangerines, pocky.
配られたのはみんな同じ材料。でも、子どもの発想は豊かです。
大人では思いつかないような、個性豊かな､そして美味しそうなケーキができあがりました。
They were all given the same ingredients. However, children have a rich imagination.
The result is a cake that is full of personality and looks delicious that adults would not have thought of.
自分で作った満足感からか、いつもとはまた違った表情でおやつを楽しむ子どもたちでした。
Perhaps because of the satisfaction of making it themselves, the children enjoyed the snack with a different expression than usual.
ジャン！ケン！ポン！なぐりっ子クラブ ジャンケン選手権！ -Naguriko Club's "rock-paper-scissors" Championship
さてさて次は…「なぐりっ子クラブジャンケン選手権」！
トーナメント式の勝ち抜き戦です。
台に乗って向かい合い、全力のジャンケンポン！
勝った子はガッツポーズして喜び、負けた子は本気で悔しがり、周りの子どもたちが全力で応援する。
たとえジャンケンでも、子どもたちにとっては負けられない戦いです。
そしてトーナメントで勝ち進み、勝負を制したのは…なんと１年生でした。
Alright, so what's next..."Naguriko Club's "rock-paper-scissors" Championship"!
It is a tournament-style elimination match.
Get on a platform and face each other, and do your best!
The winning child is happy with his gutsy pose, the losing child is seriously disappointed, and the children around him cheer with all their might.
Even if it's rock-paper-scissors, it's a battle that children can't lose.
And who won the tournament and won the game... I was a first-year student.
最後はクリスマスプレゼント🎅 -Christmas gifts.
楽しかったクリスマス会も、いよいよ終わりを迎えました。
最後はクラブから子どもたちへのクリスマスプレゼント🎁
「何が入っているのかな？」と、中を開ける子どもたちのちょっとドキドキしている顔がとってもかわいかったです♪
実はこのプレゼント、保護者や地域の皆様からご家庭の不用品（新品に限る！）を寄付いただいたものです。
自分は使わないけれど、他の人は喜ぶかもしれない。そんな思いで、皆様快く寄付してくださいました。
こういうところでも、なぐりっ子クラブが地域に愛され、支えられていることを実感できました。
来年もまた、子どもたちと一緒になぐりっ子クラブを綺麗にし、楽しいクリスマス会を開いていきたいと思います。
The fun Christmas party has finally come to an end.
Finally, we gave Christmas gifts to the children.
When the children opened the bag, they were a little nervous, wondering what was in it, and it was very cute
In fact, this gift was donated by parents and community members who donated discarded items at home.
They were willing to donate because they thought ”I would not use it themselves, but others might be happy!" .
Even in a place like this, I was able to realize that the Naguriko Club is loved and supported by the community.
Next year, I would like to clean up the Naguriko Club with the children and hold a fun Christmas party.
